THE COWARDLY CAT

A little mouse is sitting in the middle of the floor. A woman is very frightened. She is standing on a chair. She is calling out, "Help! Help!" But nobody is coming.
The woman has a ________ She thinks, "My cat is very _________. It will catch this little _________" She is running downstairs to find her cat. She wants the ________ to catch the mouse.
Now the woman is running ____________. She has found the cat. She is holding it in her arms. She thinks, "Now this brave cat will catch that little mouse"
The little mouse is still sitting in the middle of the floor. The woman is standing on the chair again. But the cat is not catching the mouse. It is standing on the woman's ___________. The cat is also frightened of the little mouse!

THE COW AND THE FROG
A frog is sitting on the grass. It is looking at a cow. The cow is standing on the grass. It is eating grass quietly. The frog thinks, "The cow is a very big animal. I want to be a very big animal also"
The frog begins to fill itself with air. The cow is looking at the frog. It is surprised.
The frog is filling itself up with more air. It is growing very big. The cow is very surprised.
The frog goes on filling itself with more air. Suddenly - Bang! It breaks into little pieces! The cow goes on eating the grass quietly. It is not surprised any longer

B: There was a man who lost a hundred dollar bill.
A: That's nice. Were you helping him look for it?
B: No, I was standing on it.

Three mice were being chased by a cat.The mice were cornered when one of the mice turned around and barked, "Ruff! Ruff! Ruff!" The surprised cat ran away scared. Later when the mice told their mother what happened, she smiled and said, "You see, it pays to be bilingual!"
